What a beautiful read. I felt a sense of wholeness and joy after reading this book. Aedamar reminds us that spirituality is at the heart of everything. She offers an elegant description of her own awakening and a guide to stimulate your own. Not being a particularly religious person, seeing Christian religious figure heads as the back bone of the book at first made me a little sceptical. However Aedamar eloquently puts the spiritual heart back into Christianity. It certainly restored my faith. Thank you Aedamar
